I've been making jewelry for 35 years. As an apprentice to a Navajo silversmith for many years, I learned cabochon cutting and inlay and learned to work with various metals. Most of my tools I made, and each holds a great deal of magic and has a wonderful, "Yoin." Currently, my work is available at farmers markets throughout the North Bay from May-October.
My focus for 2017 is building collections of limited jewelry from the many artifacts I acquire while on my travels. Each piece in these collections is a statement, a phrase of sorts that tells some of the story, the history. Building jewelry is a wonderful process. The connection between the work and the materials is a unique and a very special gift. Every piece of jewelry is a one of a kind piece. There is really something profound about wearing the only piece of anything on the planet.
If you are not satisfied and happy with what you ordered, I will remake it until you are. If you received my jewelry as a gift and maybe the color isn't you or you're bold and you received calm and quiet....I'll make it right for you, just let me know.
